I delivered a girl baby on the 30th of September 2015 normal delivery and everything was fine after that, post which because of eating nonveg suddenly started with terrible constipation it's been over a year and still drank cremaffin, I have tried everything possible drinking atleast 2 litres of only hot water and atleast 2 litres of normal water, food diet fruits etc nothing seems to be resolving the issue and I still feed my baby. Just last month after I missed cremaffin for sometime I landed up with terrible fissures and then a perineal abscess which was very painful and met my homeopathy doc he gave me arnica and belladonna for pain and then asked me meet a surgeon I did that and the surgeon did an incision and removed everything, now post that I had slight inflammation twice but it drained by itself. Surgeon has asked me take a scan though this is the first time to see if there is fistula, can you please help if there are any meds to cure any intestinal issues causing constipation
