Pl take laxatives, lot of fluids and greens and antibiotics ointment over the stitches to give relief.

For constipation take either cremaffin/ lactulose syrup 4 tsf in water for 3 days Look for any swelling/serous discharge/loosening of stitch If none of the above is present and it's only pain then take emanzen d tablet twice daily for 5 days and use lubic gel 1/2 hr prior to intercourse.
