The number of motions is not important at this age,the consistency is,which should be soft and formed. It may vary from 10-12 per day to one motion after 3-4 days,BITH are normal. Maintain hygiene and regularity in breastfeeds. If watery add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
