U can wait for 7 days for stool . Give feeding evry 2 nd hrly . Colicaid for colic not for constipation

Colicaid is for colicky pain not for constipation, U should give feed adequately weight gain should be 30 gm/day Can pass stool after 5-7 day But if abdominal distension, vomiting then go for physical consultation and investigation
