Constipation
I have chronic constipation since three months where am passing hard stools in 2 or 1 day. Also passing a lot of blood during bowel moment
In addition to this i am facing acid reflux with heart burn and stomach bloating. There is frequent noise in my stomach. Please help
Do not strain on stools ( defecation)
Suspension Cremaffin plus 1 Tablespoon full( 15 ml) in the night
Cap Esoz D one cap daily
Tab Haemsyl plus 1 -2 tab twice daily after food
Tab Metronidazole ( metrogyl) 400 mg one tablet thrice daily for 5 days
Consult local surgeon and get examined for piles /haemorrhoids
Gentle DRE or
Examination under anaesthesia(EUA) to see for piles the source of bleeding Procto sigmoidoscopy
First get CBC , CRP , ABO Rh blood group, LFT , KFT done
See if anaemia is there (Hb% below 8g/dl)... then Blood / Blood /componentTransfushions should be given
Next Steps
Get a physical exam done by a surgeon / and follow his advice
After correction of anaemia and other abnormalities
a plan for haemorrhdectmy can be done at the earliest .
