Constipation

I am currently using dupholax for treating it but it is not coming in help as my skin is already irritated right now , my skin is swollen and got tears easily and blood, don't know how to treat it as it is causing problems in my daily life as I am unable to have anything more if the stomach is not cleared . I don't even have the natural urge to poop. It is a forceful process now. I have one long lasting problem which is farting like sounds coming inside not outside like bloating. It is just not some farts but the body is creating vibration inside which are like farts.
