I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have been advised to take Calcium tablet (Calcitin) twice with Calcium citrate of 1250 mg and Vitamin D3 (2000 IU) is it safe? Earlier dosages was comparatively lower. I am worried as I am constipated after having this tablet. Please advice.
