I am 30 weeks pregnant and my hb level is 9.6. My doctor has suggested to take iron tablet twice. Can I take iron tablet with lime juice for absorption of iron because When i am taking twice iron tablet it is causing severe constipation. Does taking iron tablet with lime water will cause harm to me ??

Iron tablets are known to cause constipation. You may try by changing your brand of Iron which you are taking at present. Yes. You can take it with lime juice and it will help in absorption of iron.
