Hi dr. My daughter is 4.5 years old . She didnt poop from the last 3 days and her stomach is also stiff . I am expecting and taking duphalac syrup for constipation. Can i give the same syrup to her. If yes , then how much ? Please suggest and diet too to avoid further constipation.

Yes u can give  duphalac 10-15 ml once a day ...consult your pediatrician if no response from it ...include fiber rich food in diet like green vegetables,apple with skin,mango and lots of water .Don't give too much milk .
