Hi doctor, I had normal delivery 2 months ago after delivery constipation started and led to fissure and I have taken all fibre and supplement doesn't work and I done fissure operation finally after operation completed my bowel movement is not completely evacuated so it lead constipation next days morning throughout the day  some blockage sensation of rectum before and during pregnancy I don't have any constipation now I'm very tired still how many s days I need to suffer please help me I done surgery took supplementary and vegan foods high fibre more water all i took
