Hello Dr. I am suffering from constipation from the day I started consuming Amla juice. Kindly suggest any remedy. What medicine should be taken for constipation?

DAILY WATER INTAKE AT LEAST 3 TO 4 LITRE FOR HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS. MORE GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES.  CHECK THYROID FUNCTION,  S.CALCIUM
