Gas, not stool passing if pass vary vary hard at beginning not clearly pass not feeling hungry, tummy full by gas

I would suggest you to get a person rs find examination done so that we can rule out the causes..Have more fibre and drink adequate water...Hope am clear.. Please meet a general surgeon..Thank you

Cap Pan-L once daily before breakfast for 5 days. Syrup Duphalac or Laxip  15 ml at night for 5 days. 4.Tab Dulcoflex 2 tabs at Night ( only if needed once in a while - For 1-2 days , than Stop). Tab Emset 4 mg twice daily before meals ( for 1 day and than as needed for vomiting )  Plenty of water.  Plenty of salads. Avoid oily , fried food.
