For how long can i take duphalac syrup in pregnancy already im taking from 1 month.. Without taking it daily im not having bowl moment.. Is it safe to take it for a year

Better to increase fibre content in your diet and water and fluid intake, upto four bottles daily and take salad as much as you can It is safe but better to shift on natural products if you can.
