Constipation and Pain in bowel area

I am having severe constipation problem though I am drinking enough water , fruits and proper foods. I didn't have daily bowel movement and two or three days once. After bowel movement I have severe pain in that area for 5 or 6 hours. Before bowel movement in my stomach i experience severe pressure.
