I have stomach ache gases blocked and pain ful lower abdomen and also constipation in excess since 5 years Doctors prescribed cremalax and cremaffin cough syrup

U have to change ur diet habits, shd include high fibre diet , plenty of water , along with laxatives

If no relief contact for powder  tab  take plenty  warm water.   Pranyam. Walk.   Fast once week. Avoid fried and cold things
