Constipation amd frequent urination

Since 2 months once she completed one suffering with severe constipation amd frequent urination like in every 10 min she does poop 1,2 times a day but with too much straining,all tests are done everything is normal dr has given constipation relief syrup my concern is why is it happening i m giving her water fibre everything but ni relief, and dr increased vit d dosage from 0.5 ml to 1ml 800IU os this can contribute to all these problems
