Constipation after operation due to irregular bowel habits and diet. This hard stool may create fissure in Anal canal.

Blood from anus can be due to hard stool passing and straining. Hard stool may be due to post-op irregular diet habit. Have plenty of oral fluids and high fibre diet. You can also use stool softener (Syr. Looz 15ml at night). For blood per anus, do Sitz bath with lukewarm water (take warm water in tub and sit in it) 3-4times daily & apply Anobliss/ Anomed-L ointment after every Sitz bath

Start high fiber diet Syp cremaffin  twice daily Plenty of fluid orally Visit a surgeon for examination of anal canal for bleeding
