3 weeks ago I had laproscopic appendectomy and it was uncomplicated. Now, I'm facing constipation and difficulty in passing stools, and the stools are quite hard and blood is coming out of anus. What shall I do ? Is it something that I need to worry about ?

Blood from anus can be due to hard stool passing and straining. Hard stool may be due to post-op irregular diet habit. Have plenty of oral fluids and high fibre diet. You can also use stool softener (Syr. Looz 15ml at night). For blood per anus, do Sitz bath with lukewarm water (take warm water in tub and sit in it) 3-4times daily & apply Anobliss/ Anomed-L ointment after every Sitz bath
