Constipated potty since a week

My son is doing constipated potty. The size of the potty is very small. As soon as he starts eating, he starts pushing out the constipated potty but it does not come out fully. Also, his water intake has slowed down, but he is eating normally. Please advise.

What is the age of your son? Constipation can be treated by medical treatment but it is better to consult one doctor in your area whom you can approach as often as you want.
