Constant temperature

My daughter 2 years old got fever from last 7 days. Blood reports done for dengue and malaria, urine test are normal. We are giving meftal P after 6 hours. But the temperature is getting down for few hours and then again it is rises maximum temperature 102.0 F. Can you please suggest what is the appropriate medicine.

Has typhoid fever been ruled out? Avoid meftal unless fever is beyond 103. Give syp combiflam,repeat after 4 hours if required.
