My stomach has been paining since the last 2-3 months now I ignored it as it was a gastric problem but now the pain every day all day has become unbearable. My head also has a constant pain. I have taken medicines like Drotin, Rental-D, dufalac syrup nothing seems to make it better please advice

If you have had enough of your self medication or medication by a chemist then you have to get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. .there is something called clinical examination and tests.
