I have been having this sore throat and pain on only left side of throat with stiff neck earache from past 2 month I have been doctor they gave me some paracetamol and Mefnamic acid but it didn’t go away. I get this pain when I’m traveling wind reaches my face or when sleep on one side or eat something. If I eat something i am having burning sensation in my throat.

Need to be evaluated for hyperacidity/acid reflux and also for rhinosinusitis.. local examination is needed for proper diagnosis.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment and treatment..
