Constant sore throat

I have been having a constant sore throat and swelling in my throat I’m having difficulty swallowing foods like bread as it is getting stuck in my throat. My doctor said that I have acid reflux however I have not been experiencing any heartburn. I’m also having pains towards the right side of my stomach I thought it was because a have irritable bowel syndrome but today I have noticed some redness in my stools. I’m not sure what to do bearjingnin mind that I’m 19years old
