Constant shoulder pain

I have been experiencing constant shoulder pain for the past two days, not able to lift my hand above the shoulder level.

Is this associated with any injury you have had? Is this the first time that you have had such a problem? There are various issues which may be causing this problem. It may he coming from rotator cuff  (muscles around shoulder joint) injury or biceps tendon irritation.
