My son 3.7 years has running nose since 15 days. We gave him cetregine, antibiotic and since 3 days Montair LC fr allergy... But there is no effect on the problem. What it could be?

Stop all medicines. Just give steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required.
