I understand the pressure you are going through currently.
At present, try to concentrate on studies which is a priority. Whenever overthinking happens and distressing you, Tell yourself that the priority is studies and will concentrate on the issues coming t your mind will be given time to think over during free time/ time when you are not studying like during bath, brushing your teeth, having food etc.. So, give time for the issues bothering you so that it does not disturb you when studying.
