Constant pain in left ear

I've been having constant pain my left ear. Ear wax has been accumulated. Also there is suspicion of fungal infection in the infected ear. I've been using soliwax ear drop for past two days. No relief . Please tell me some prescription.

If impacted wax is there it should be removed after instilling soliwax...in fungal infection it would be no help..I would suggest better to visit an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment...
