I've have been painted all over body from heel to head for 3yrs.My first delivery is stillbirth in Dec 2017.My b12 and vit d level is 192 and 21 after taking tab for one month.I have dental problems also.what I do?

Both vit d and b12 very low... show doctor and get shots
