What is the causes of constant nausea without vomitting, no appetite lost ,  i took ultrasonography, report came as normal study.

I don't know why you got an ultrasound scan done for nausea. There are well defined medicines which control nausea and vomiting. Please seek a consultation from a General Physician on Practo with all your problems, investigations and treatment that you have taken so far.
