I would suggest you to start meditation atleast twice a day for 15mins per session, this will help you concentrate on your work. I would also ask you to start writing down the important things in your life and start focusing on them. Start exercising atleast 30mins daily and get a hobby, this will bring back the energy in you Start making friends if you don't have some and visit a counselor if you feel the need to.
