Constant infection in Lymph nodes.

It started five years ago when I had to have a blood transfusion and the doctors never could figure out why. I ended up losing my health insurance and couldnt follow up.Then a couple of years ago I started to get swollen Lymph nodes under my arm and all in my neck and face. Doctors keep giving me antibiotics and steroids but it just keeps coming back over and over again. I have to go to the e.r. every couple of months. I need help. I feel deathly ill all the time.
