Constant hunger
Good morning.
I`m struggling the a hunger and constipation problem. I am constantly hungry and craving stuff. I feel very constipated due to all the food that i take in. my brain keeps telling me to eat. I am almost 50 and had a hysterectomy a few years ago so the cravings is not due to pregnancy or something like that. I am on Nuzak 20 mg could this cause the cravings ?
Hi.This is DR.T.S.Chandrasekar, cons.surgical gastroenterologists .Constipation and persistent hunger are not known side effects of nuzak(fluoxetine).Prediabetic state can cause recurrent hunger .Please check you book sugar levels .Constipation seems to be a second unrelated symptom.

Drink plenty of water
High fibre diet
Exercise about 1 HR a day.
