it looks like a viral fever with sore throat u have. take tab Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days tab Emeset 8mg once a day for 5 days tab ultracet 50mg wwnever u hv intense pain tab pan 40mg once a day for five days gargle with warm water and pinch of salt take plenty of fluids
