Constant Headache

I've been suffering from a constant headache for 2 and a half weeks now along with fatigue and loss of concentration. The headaches seem to be mostly tension around the front of the head which is worse in the mornings and paracetamol doesn't help the pain. I also have had thoughts of harm and suicide for around 2/3 years now. I am also on the pill.
