I use spectacles having power +0.25 on both sides. I am feeling constant headache from last 3 days, mostly on left side.

If only one side then you might have sinusitis. Take steam inhalation three times a day. Take tab containing levocetrizine and paracetamol combination 3 times a day for 5 days. Avoid cold drinks and icecream
