I am Pregnant, 9 weeks, and headache for the last week and nauseous. I feel as I have a sinus infection. My face hurts by my nose.

Hello you may have Viral fever. Viral fever is not good in pregnancy.  Some times it can abort the pregnancy. So you go for Torch test along with treatment  of viral fever for treatment  you can call on Practo pro.
