Hey Since how many days you have headache? And sore through? You can take Medication Rx 1. Tab Azithromycin 500mg OD, 1tab daily for 3 days. 2. Tab Paracetamol 500mg BD, Twice a day for 5days 3. Tab Pantop D 40/10 mg OD before meal. 4. Chlorhexidine mouth Wash You can also take Saline gargle Steam Inhalation
