I've been experiencing constant headache fever and tiredness like my legs are very tired all the time. It's been there since two days. And I have a cold.

Try taking test & take a paracetamol tablet thrice daily. Try to identify the cause of fever which may be some infection.

You may need a CBC test from a nearby lab & share the report
