Constant headache and dizziness

My mother was feeling a bit dizzy from few days doctor prescribed her vertin 8mg so she took it for 5days.now she has severe headache and just not able to get up from bed .she is a cancer patient and has ALK1 positive report. Doctor thinks if she feels so dizzy then she should still continue with her medicine .we are consulting physiotherapy now so is it okay? What do you recommend?
