Constant fever

My sister is having constant high fever always above 100 degree. She is taking paracetamol for a couple of days. Not having pain in body. What should I do?

Today's 3rd day right? If it doesn't subside get a blood test for malaria dengue. If it doesn't subside by next week get tested for typhoid. Also what are other symptoms apart from fever? Tiredness weakness loss of appetite?

Can continue with dolo tablet for one more day If still free persist do some test like CBC Dengue and widal
