My brother is having dry cough since 2 months... We have tried every remedy to cure... Plz let me know is dis related to some kind of infection

There can be various etiologies for dry cough. It needs detailed history. I would like to know the medications he was using / currently using. Gargle with warm salt water & maintain hydration.
