Hi, Viral fever can cause fever and cold. Cold can cause the blockage of ear and other sinuses which can result in headache. You have to get nasal decongestant which will open up the sinuses Otrivin spray 1 spray in both nostrils twice a day for 3 days if still problem persist then visit to ENT doctor.
