Since the 4th of July I have had on again off again abdominal pain and it has recently gotten worse at night, when I lie down to sleep. With the pain usually comes nausea and sometimes vomiting. Recently, it has been almost continuous and mild for the past two days with spikes of moderate to severe pain.
