I have pain in the middle of chest from past 4-5 days. I also experience pain whenever i eat or drink something. The pain becomes severe during morning. I am also having problem with my bowel movements. I am taking medicine related to gas problem but got no relief.

This is acid reflux problem due to guarding sphincter weakness.  This can be confirmed by endoscopy then proper treatment should be started.
