Consistent pain in lower back
There is consistent pain in the lower back even after 19 days also have taken a cource of medication for 5 days of acenac and cyra (bd) but still the pain again came back after 3 days of non usage of medicine
Hi you need to get to the root of the problem and not just the medication.
First of all why did the pain come, it is due to you bad posture if that is not taken care then the problem will persist and become chronic.
