It could reactive airway disease .in such cases cough will be more during the night

try bricanyl syrup 2.5 ml three times a day montec LC syrup (2.5 mg/4mg,) 4 ml Three times daily these are according to his body weight 14 KG if no improvement , consult with pediatrician

Hi., I can understand your concern. You can give Alex junior syrup twice a day. Tab montek lc kid at night after food for 5 days. If issue persist, consult a paediatrician in person.
