Hi, From past 3 months I am suffering from blocked nose. Specially at night it become worse when both gets blocked and it is impossible to breath, resulting into sleepless nights. I even have mild runny nose all day long. I have been practicing yoga as well using eucalyptus and pine oil mix for some time now but i dont see any improvement.

I would advise you to stop using both the oils in the nose, they can cause irritation to the nasal mucosa and cause excessive secretions and inflammation
