Every patient of depression/anxiety is different and every therapist has his own choices out of the available options. So no two prescriptions are comparable.

Dear sir I gone through your description and prescription. It say you have some addiction issue. If such is the case than it is difficult to say what would be best medicine for you, because medicine doesn't work properly. That may be the reason for giving you many medication. I feel you should be without any addiction for few months than gradually it will be clear what could be best choice of medicine. Other thing is that in addiction, depression and anxiety takes long to respond to Medicine or doesn't respond to Medicine. So first become abstinent, than medicine may start working. However, medicine prescribed should improve your symptoms by now if you are abstinent. If you are abstinent and not working means medicine needs to be changed after consulting your doctor, as he knows more about your problem.

Your prescription doesn't say you have depression It says you have cannabis abuse (drug abuse) Plz mention history properly. Dont try to make fool of yourself by saying wrong history to Doctors.

Please share more details like since when you are having depression & anxiety and taking medicines? How you are dealing with it despite having medicines? How frequently you changed your medicines in the past? How's your daily life and schedule?
