mefenamic acid decreases effects of bisoprolol by pharmacodynamic antagonism. Use Caution/Monitor. Long term (>1 wk) NSAID use.  NSAIDs decrease prostaglandin synthesis. bisoprolol and mefenamic acid both increase serum potassium. Use Caution/Monitor
