From last 7 days my wife suffering sevaral pain in right side abdomen and back side Ultra sound report. Says Concretions right kidney. Is it serious problem Plz suggest me remedy medicines. Ultrasound report attached for reference

Nothing to be done for rt kidney concretions, drink plenty of fluids and do ultrasound KUB 6 monthly
