I had a miscarriage on jan 12 and fétus was taken out via c section, When can I plan for next pregnancy, My doctor suggested that I can start folic acid tablets from April, But Is 3 months two early for conceiving after a c section? Will it cause any impact to uterus?

How many weeks/month fetus was it? You should start taking folic acid now. Need more details regarding your pregnancy

After 6 months You can plan another pregnancy Looking at your age the doctor would have advised conception after 3 months
